(h) (G) (F) When, upon the order of the court, said commission
has caused to be paid from said guaranty fund any sum to the
judgment creditor,
AGGRIEVED PERSON, the commission shall be
subrogated to all of the rights of the judgment creditor
AGGRIEVED
PERSON up to the amount paid, and the judgment creditor AG-
GRIEVED PERSON shall assign all of his right, title and interest
in the judgment
CLAIM up to such amount paid to said commission,
and any amount and interest recovered by said commission on the
judgment
CLAIM shall be deposited to said guaranty fund.

(i) (H) (G) Said commission shall have power to promulgate
regulations to effect the efficient administration of this act.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

add new Section 148 to Article 21 of said Code (1966 Replace-
ment Volume and 1970 Supplement), title "Conveyancing," to
follow immediately after Section 147 thereof and to be under
the new subtitle "Waste"; to add new Section 149 to Article 21
of said Code (1966 Replacement Volume and 1970 Supplement),
title "Conveyancing," to follow immediately after Section 148
thereof and to be under the new subtitle "Grant of Non-possessory
Corporeal Estates"; to add new Article 39C to said Code (1965
Replacement Volume), to follow immediately after Article 39B
thereof and to be under the title "Statute of Frauds"; to add
new Section 9A to Article 50 of said Code (1968 Replacement
Volume), title "Joint Obligations and Joint Tenancy," subtitle
"Joint Tenancy" to follow immediately after Section 9 thereof;
to add new Section 8A to Article 53 of said Code (1968 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Landlord and Tenant," subtitle "Tenants
Holding Over," to follow immediately after Section 8 thereof; to
add new Sections 44 and 45 to Article 53 of said Code (1968
Replacement Volume and 1970 Supplement), title "Landlord and
Tenant," to follow immediately after Section 43 thereof and to
be under the new subtitle "Miscellaneous"; to add new Section 3A
to Article 57 of said Code (1968 Replacement Volume), title
"Limitations of Actions," to follow immediately after Section 3
thereof; to add new Section 150 to Article 21 of said Code (1966
Replacement Volume and 1970 Supplement), title "Conveyancing,"
to follow immediately after Section 149 thereof and to be under
the new subtitle "British Statutes"; generally revising provisions
