Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to add new Section 9 (72) to Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1970 Supple-
ment), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall Be Taxed
and Where," to follow immediately after Section 9 (71) thereof,
providing a tax exemption for certain properties owned by Bethany
House, Inc. in Talbot County, Maryland.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 9 (72) be and it is hereby added to Article 81 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and
1970 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall
Be Taxed and Where," to follow immediately after Section 9 (71)
thereof and to read as follows:

(72) Real and personal property owned by Bethany House, Inc.,
Talbot County, Maryland.
(72) FOR PURPOSES OF COUNTY AND CITY TAXATION
ONLY, REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY BETH-
ANY HOUSE, INC., AND LOCATED IN TALBOT COUNTY,
MARYLAND, BUT ONLY FOR SUCH TIME AS THIS PROPERTY
IS USED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ORGANIZA-
TION.
