additional judge for District 3 and provide that he be appointed
from Cecil County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 141(a) of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1970 Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "District Courts,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

141.

(a) There shall be in each of the foregoing districts the follow-
ing number of district judges:

District 1—22

District 2—4

District 3—[5] 6, two to be appointed from Cecil County

District 4—3

District 5—8

District 6—7

District 7—6

District 8—12

District 9—2

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

(House Bill 942)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 569 through 580 of Article 43 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1965 Replacement
Volume), title "Health," subtitle "Milk and Milk Products," and
to enact Sections 569 to 586 to said Article 43, title "Health,"
subtitle "Milk and Milk Products," to follow immediately after
Section 568G thereof, providing for the establishment of the uni-
form law relating to the production, processing, labeling and dis-
tribution of graded milk products in the State of Maryland and
providing criminal penalties for violation of said law, AND RE-
LATING TO THE FEES RECEIVED PURSUANT TO THIS
SUBTITLE.
