amendments, Section 10-107 (a) of said Article and title of the
Code (1970 Supplement), subtitle "Accidents and Accident Re-
ports"; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 12-218
(c) of said Article and title of the Code (1970 Supplement), sub-
title "Equipment of Vehicles," subheading "Part II. Lamps and
Other Lighting Equipment"; to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 12-302 (a) of said Article, title and subtitle of the
Code (1970 Supplement), subheading 'Tart III. Brakes"; and to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 17-101 (b) (i) of
said Article and title of the Code (1970 Supplement), subtitle
"Penalties and Disposition of Fines and Forfeitures," to correct
certain erroneous language and references therein.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 3-113 (c) of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1970 Supplement), title "Vehicle Laws," subtitle "Cer-
tificates of Title and Registration of Vehicles," subheading "Part I.
Certificates of Title," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments; and that Section 3-602 (g) of said Article, title
and subtitle of the Code (1970 Supplement), subheading "Part VI.
Special Plates for Dealers, Transporters and Finance Companies,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and
that Sections 3-806 (f), 3-831 (d), 3-832 (a), 3-832 (b) and 3-833 of
said Article, title and subtitle of the Code (1970 Supplement), sub-
heading "Part VIII. Fees Connected with Registration and Titling,"
be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments; and that Section 3-909 (b) of said Article, title and subtitle
of the Code (1970 Supplement), subheading "Part IX. Bus Taxation
Proration and Reciprocity Agreement," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments; and that Sections 5-201.1 (a),
5-205, 5-206 and 5-207 of said Article and title of the Code (1970
Supplement), subtitle "Licensing of Dealers, Wreckers, Scrap Pro-
cessors and Vehicle Salesmen," subheading "Part II. Wreckers and
Scrap Processors," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments; and that Sections 5-601 and 5-606 of said Article,
title and subtitle of the Code (1970 Supplement), subheading "Part
VI. Suspension and Revocation of Wrecker's and Scrap Processor's
Licenses," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments; and that Section 6-102.4 (a) of said Article and title
of the Code (1970 Supplement), subtitle "Drivers' Licenses," sub-
heading "Part I. Issuance of Licenses, Expiration and Renewal," be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and that
Section 6-205.1 (d) of said Article, title and subtitle of the Code
(1970 Supplement), subheading "Part II. Cancellation, Refusal, Sus-
pension or Revocation of Licenses," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments; and that Section 7-218 (b) of said
Article and title of the Code (1970 Supplement), subtitle "Financial
Responsibility and Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund," subhead-
ing "Part II. Security Following Accident," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and that Section 7-603
of said Article, title and subtitle of the Code (1970 Supplement),
subheading "Part VI. Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund Law,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and
