63 Incumbrances whatsoever had made done committed or suffered by the said William Lock Weems or his heirs or any other Person or Persons whatsoever In Witness whereof the Said William Lock Weems hath hereunto Set his hand and Affixed his Seal the day and year first above Written Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of W.m Lock Weems seal Eliz.a Pearson Harry Piper John Hunter On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t On the seventh day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty Six before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices Personally appeared the ^above^ named William Lock Weems and Acknowledged the within Indenture to be his Act and deed for the use and Purposes therein mentioned Jn.o Brice 16 sides Recorded May 14.th 1757 Ex.d By this Publick Instrument of Procuration or Letter or Attorney be it Known that on the twenty four^th^ day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty Six Before me Abraham Ogier Notary Publick dwelling in London duly Admitted and Sworn And in the Presence of the Witnesses hereafter Named Personally appeared M.rs Mary Holms (of) |
