       Executed in all Things according to the usual Course and Form of Common
       Recoveries with treble voucher for assurance of Lands in such Case used
       and accustomed And it is hereby further Covenanted Concluded granted
       Declared and fully agreed by and between all the said Parties to these
       presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting and the said
       Recovery or Recoveries as well these presents and the assurance
       hereby made as also the Common Recovery or Recoveries so as afores.d
       or in any other manner to be had suffered and perfected for and in
       Consideration of the sum of Two hundred pounds sterling by the aforesaid
       Kenelm Cheseldyne to the aforesaid Thomas McWilliams & Kenelm
       Trueman Greenfield in hand paid at or before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge
       shall be and enure and shall be adjudged Construed deemed and
       taken and are and were meant and intended & are hereby
       declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said
       Recovery or Recoverys named or to be named and he and they and
       his and their Heirs Shall stand and be seized of the Tracts or Parcels
       of Land aforesaid and Premisses and every part thereof to and for
       the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Kenelm Cheseldine
       his heirs and assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent
       or purpose whatsoever I witness whereof the Parties ^to these presents^ have hereunto
       interchangeably set their hands and affixed th^ir^ seales the
       Day and year first above written
