41) hereby Declared to have been intended ^to be and Enure for the use of the said Charles Homewood his heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other use^ Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeable set their hands and affixed their Seals the Day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered Charles Homwood seal in the Presence of John Brice Seal Will.m Beall Jun.r Tho Jennings Seal John Howard Benj.a Beall Seal On the Back Side of the aforegoing Indenture was thus indorsed Viz.t Received on the twenty Second Day of October 1756 of the within named Charles Homwood and John Brice the Sum of five Shillings of Lawful Money of Great Brittain being the Consideration within mentioned Witness Tho.s Jennings Will.m Beall John Howard Be it remembred that on the twenty Second Day of October in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred Seventeen and fifty Six before me the subscriber one of his Lord Ships Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland Personally appeared the within named Charles Homwood John Brice Thomas Jennings and Benjamin Beall and acknowledged with within and above Indenture to be their and Each of their Act & Acts Deed and Deeds to and for the uses and Purposes within mentioned before before J Darnal Recorded ^Oct.o^ 21.th 1756 16 s.d |
