       Shillings Current Money to him in hand paid by the
       Said Charles Carroll the Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged hath Bargained and Sold and by these
       presents doth Bargain and Sell release and Confirm unto
       the Said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever the
       Said Undivided Moiety and half part of the said Tract of
       Land with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the
       same unto the Said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns
       forever To the use of the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and no other use or Purpose whatever
       In Testimony whereof the Parties aforesaid have hereto
       Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and
       Year first above mentioned
       Sealed and Delivered                     H Griffith   seal
       In Presence of
       the words between the 8.th & 9.th Lines      Sam.l Wilson   seal
       into which he entred as Heir at Law
       as aforesaid being first Interlined

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit
       June 14.th 1758   Then rec.d of Charles Carroll of the City of
       Annapolis Barister at Law the Sums of one hundred and
       seventy one pounds fifteen Shillings Sterling and fifty nine
       pounds eight Shillings Current money of Maryland being
       the full Consideration Money of the within Mentioned Lands
       and Premisses with their Appurtenances and also the Five Shillings Sterling
       within mentioned
