       At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit

       Received this 8.th day of April 1758 of M.r John Wroth
       five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money
       within Mentioned as Witness my hand

       Kent County fs      Be it Remembered that on the Eighth
       day of April Seventeen Hundred and fifty eight personally
       appear before us two of his Lordships Justices of the
       Peace for the County aforesaid Christopher Bateman
       John Wroth and Kinvin Wroth the Partys to the within
       Deed wrote on two Sheets of Paper and Severally did
       Acknowledge the within Deed to be their Act and Deed
       for the uses intents and purposes therein expressed
       according to the purport of the within Deed
