                      On the Twenty Sixth day of March in the year of
       our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Seven Before me
       William Tudman Notary and Tabellion Public dwelling in London
       duly admitted and sworn and Witnesses Personally Appeared Mess.rs
       Jonathan Sydenham and Thomas Hodgson of London Merchants who
       Declared to have Revoked Annuled and made Void and by these
       Presents Do Revoke Annull and make Void a certain original Paper
       Writing Procuration or Letter of Attorney by them Given and Granted
       the fifteenth day of April one thousand seven hundred and fifty One to Will.m
       Lux of the Province of Maryland Merchant and that to all Intents Constructions
       and Purposes as if such Paper Writing Procuration or Letter of Attorney had
       never been Given and Granted    And the said Jonathan Sydenham and
       Thomas Hodgson Further Declaired to have made Ordained Constituted
       Authorized & Appointed and by these Presents Do make Ordain Constitute
       Authorize and Appoint Jonathan Plowman now bounded out on a Voyage
       to the Province of Maryland Merchant their true and Lawfull Attorney
       Giving and hereby Granting unto their said ^Attorney full power and lawfull Authority for them the Said^ Constituents in their Names
       and further Use to Ask demand levy sue for & by all Lawfull ways and means
       recover and receive of and from all & every or any Person or Persons Whatsoever
       whom it shall or may concern inhabiting or being in the Province
       of Maryland aforesaid all such Sum and Sums of Money Goods Wards
       Merchandize Effects Estate and things which now are or shall or may
       hereafter be due Owing Payable belonging or in anywise Appertaining
       unto them the said Constituents Whether by Bond Note Bill Book Debt
       Account consignment contract Agreement decree sentance Judgment
       Execution Extent or for or by or upon any Other Account Way reason or means
       soever nothing in Law or Equity Excepted or Rese^r^ved And to that
       End with all and Every or any Person or Persons whatsoever
       whom it shall or may concern inhabiting or being in the
       Said Province of Maryland to Account and to receive View
       State Settle and Adjust all accounts and the Ballance thereof
