       Line East Sixty five Perches to a markt Oak being a bounded
       Tree of Thomas Underwoods Land Standing on the Line of Richard
       Youngs Land on the East by youngs Line drawn north seventy
       five Perches to a markt Poplar Standing in youngs Line on the
       North by a Line drawn south West by Turners Line twenty
       Perches to a markt Walnut and from the Said Walnut by a Line
       Drawn north West by Turners Line unto the first markt Oak
       Containing forty Acres more or less late in the Tenure and Occupation
       the Said John Campbell and Frances his Wife (but now in the
       Actual Possession of the said James Johnson by Force of an Indenture
       of Bargain and Sale thereof made bearing Date the Day before
       the Date of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring of
       Uses into Possession being) To have and to hold the said
       Severall Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances hereby given granted released and confirmed
       or mentioned or intended to be hereby given granted released
       and confirmed unto the Said James Johnson and his assigns for and
       During the Natural Lives of the Said John Campbell and Frances
       his Wife To the Intent and Purpose that the Said James Johnson
       shall and may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of all the Said
       Lands and Premisses with the Appurtenances untill one or
       more good and Perfect Recovery or Recoveries may be had
       against him the said James Johnson of the Same Lands and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances And it ^is^ covenanted
       granted concluded and agreed by and between all the Said
       Parties to these Presents that it shall and may be lawfull
       to and for the said Robert Swan before the Last Day of the
       Provincial Court next ensuing the date of these Presents
       to Prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more
       Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin ^en^ on le post against the Said
