Ex.d This Indenture made this fourteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       hundred and fifty Between Elizabeth Tucker of Ann Arundel County Widow of the one part and
       George Payne of the same County Weaver of the other part Witnesseth that the said Elizabeth Tucker for
       and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to me in hand paid by the said George
       Payne have Given Granted Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth clearly and Absolutely
       Give Grant Release and Confirm unto the said George Payne his Heirs and Assigns forever
       all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County that is to say Fryes Plains
       Surveyed for Daniel Frye September the Seventh Sixteen hundred and Seventy eight Beginning
       at a Bounded Hickory being a Bound Tree of the Land of Robert Gudgeon and running North
       North West one hundred and fifty Perches to a Bounded Oak thence West and by South four
       hundred and thirty Perches then South South East one hundred and fifty Perches then by a
       streight line to the first Bounded Tree Containing and now laid out for four hundred Acres of
       Land more or less together with all Buildings Improvements Profits Benefits and Advantages
       thereunto belonging or in any appertaining To have and to hold all and Singular the said
       Tract or Parcel of Land with the Appurtenances unto the George Payne his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever to his and their own Use and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said
       Elizabeth Tucker for herself her Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant and Agree
       to and with the said George Payne his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns shall and may
       at all times Peaceably and Quietly have had Occupy Possess and Enjoy the same without the least
       Molestation or Disturbance of her the said Elizabeth Tucker her Heirs or Assigns all and singular
       the said Land and Premisses unto the said George Payne his Heirs and Assigns shall and will
       forever Warrant and Defend from me and my Heirs for ever and all other Claiming under me
       or them In Witness whereof the said Elizabeth Tucker hath hereunto set her hand and Seal the
       day and Year first above Written                                                            her

       before me one of his Lordships Provincial Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the

       Sept.r 14.th 1750   Received of M.r George Payne Sixteen Shillings Sterling for his Lordships Use (it
       being the Alienation fine on the within mentioned four hundred Acres of Land) by Virtue of a
       Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his Lordships Agent and Receiver General
