       Sealed and Delivered in   these words fifty seven degrees West twenty nine Poles
       Presence of us                 thence six degrees East thirty five Poles thence North
                                              East two hundred and Eighteen Poles to the Lands sold
                                              by Philemon Bozman to John Robertson thence
                                              South one degree West one hundred and ninty Poles
                                              thence to the first bounder between the ninth and
       Rob.t Jenkins Henry        tenth lines being Interlined before signing

       On the back of the foregoing was thus Indorsed Viz.t

    Maryland          Be it Remembered that on the Tenth day of October in the year of our Lord
Somerset County  to Wit) God one thousand seven hundred fifty and five Before me the
                            Subscriber one of the Right Honble the Lord Proprys his Justices of the
       Provincial Court of Maryland Personally Came Daniel Bozman party to the
       within Indenture and Senah his Wife and (she being Privately Examined out
       of the hearing of her said Husband whether she doth make her Acknowledgement
       of the same willingly and freely and without being induced thereto
       by fears or threats of or ill usage by her Husband or fear of his displeasure)
       acknowledged the within Deed According to the Directions of an Act
       of Assembly in such Case lately made and Provided
                                  Taken and Acknowledged the day and yeare above written
                                    Before                                       Rob.t Jenkins Henry

       Oct.r 10.th day 1755  Received the full Consideration money
       in the within Deed Expressed                     Daniel Bozman               0 5 0 Curr

       This Indenture made the Twentieth day of September in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and fifty five Between Thomas Johnson Jun.r of Ann Arundell
       County Gentleman of the one Part and Edward Dorsey of Annapolis in the same County
       Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that it is Covenanted Concluded and Agreed
       between the Parties to these Presents that it shall and may be lawfull for the said
       Thomas Johnson Junior before the first day of the next Provincial Court to Prosecute
       out of the High Court of Chancery one or more Writt or Writts of Entry Sur descizin
       in the Post against the said Edward Dorsey Returnable to the next Provincial Court
