       shillings and a half penny Currency two full Sixteenth parts or shares
       of the said Ironworks out of the said eleven Sixteenth shares then standing
       in the Name and belonging to the said Richard Snowden
       And that the same by virtue of the said last mentioned Deed became
       vested in the said Jonathan Forward as by the said in part recited
       Articles of Agreement and Bargain and Sale reference being thereunto had
       it will more fully appear And whereas by Indenture bearing even date
       herewith and made or mentioned to be made between the said Jonathan
       Forward ^of the one part and the said Richard Snowden of the other part Signed Sealed and Executed by the said Jonathan Forward^ in due form of Law in the Presence of Samuel Galloway of Maryland
       now in London Merchant and Jerningham Bigg of Limehouse
       in the County of Middx Mariner and also James Hutchi^n^son of Copthall
       Court London Gentleman who have likewise subscribed their Names
       as Witnesses to these presents (after reciting as herein before is recited)
       He the said Jonathan Forward for the Consideration therein mentioned
       granted bargained sold aliened Released Transferred and confirmed
       unto the said Richard Snowden his Heirs and assigns for Ever all
       the before mentioned two Sixteenth parts or Shares of the said Ironworks
       and all other the Shares and Proportions of him the said Jonathan
       Forward of to and in all and every the Tracts and parcells of Land
       and the Buildings and Improvements thereon as well these contained
       in the said Articles as those which were theretofore contracted for and
       made for the use of the said Ironworks and of in and to all and every
       the Slaves Horses Waggons Matterials and Implements or any
       other thing whatsoever which had been purchased for the use of
       the said Ironworks And all the Estate Right Title   Interest
       Property Claim or Demand whatsoever of him the D said Jonathan
       Forward Either in Law or Equity of in or to the same and every part and
       Parcell thereof To hold all and singular the premisses abovemention'd
       and every part and parcell thereof with their appurtenances unto
       the said Richard Snowden his Heirs and assigns To the only
       proper use and behoof of   the said Richard Snowden his heirs
       and assigns for ever the Execution of which said last mentioned
       Indenture He the said Jonathan Forward doth hereby acknowledge
       And for the further perfecting thereof and making the
       same more effectual and binding according to the Laws of the
       said Province of Maryland He the said Jonathan Forward
       Doth hereby Authorize and Impower Edward Dorsey of the said
       Province of Maryland Esq.r and William Lux Nicholas Maccubbin
       and Joseph Cowman all of the Said Province Merchants or any
