                                           On the Back of the aforegoing Bond
                                           was thus Endorsed Viz.t
       March 15.th 1755
                                  Then Came Richard Burdus and William Butterfield
       the Subscribing Witnesses to the Within Bond and Made Oath on
       the Holy Evangels of Almighty God before us two of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court that they saw the within bound
       George Plater and Benjamin Tasker and John Ross Esquires
       Execute the within Bond            Rob.t Jenkins Henry

       You are hereby required immediately to Enter the within Bond with
       the Endorsement therein in the Provincial Land Records pursuant
       to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and
       Provided                                                   Rob.t Jenkins Henry
       To M.r Richard Burdus
       Clk of the Provincial Court                        W.m Goldsborough
       March 15.th 1755

Ex.d   This Indenture made this 25.th day of April in the Year of Our
       Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty five between Joshua
       Beall of Prince Georges County Planter of the One Part and Susannah Brooke
       now the Wife of Henry Brooke Mariner but lately the Wife and Relict
       of Ninian Beall Marriner of the Other Part Whereas Charles Beall
       late of the said Prince Georges County Planter by his Testament and
       last Will (Amongst Other things) Devise unto his two Sons
       the said Ninian and Joshua Beall all that Tract of Land
       belonging to him Called Danby lying in Dorsett County on the Eastern
       Shoar near the Head of Great Choptank to be Equally Divided between
       them if the sell it and if not the said Ninian to have the southside
       of a Branch of Wallaces Creek Running through the said Land
       and the said Joshua to have all on the North side of the said
       Branch to them and their Heirs and at their Desposal for Ever
       as by the said Testament and last Will relation being thereunto
