444) him shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required In Witness whereof the said Lingan Wilson and Mary Wilson his Wife have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day and Year above written Sealed and Delivered Lingan Wilson Seal In Presence of us Mary Wilson Seal Geo Fraser Allen Bowie W.m Eversfield On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Received August the 29.th 1753 of the Rev.d John Eversfield the Sum of Two hundred and Seventy four Pounds Sterling being the full Consideration ^for^ of the Lands and Premisses within mentioned P Lingan Wilson Test Geo Fraser Allen Bowie Maryland Prince Georges County fs.t August the 29.th 1753 Came Lingan Wilson and Mary his Wife before Us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the said County and Acknowledged all and singular the Right Title Claim Interest Property and Demand of in and to the Lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances within mentioned to be in the within named John Eversfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Mary being by Us privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband did declare that she made the above Acknowledgment willingly and freely without being Induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or Ill Usage of his said Husband or fear of his Displeasure Taken and Acknowledged before Us the Day and Year above Written Geo Fraser Allen Bowie August 30.th 1753 Reced of the Rev.d John Eversfield ten Shillings and eleven pence half Penny Sterling as an Alienation Fine on the within two hundred seventy four Acres of Land by Order fo the Honble Benjamin Tasker Esq Agent for the Right Honble the Lord Propry of Maryl.d John Hepburn 13 sides Recorded December 1.st 1753 Ex.d This Indenture made the twentieth day of October in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty three Between William Rayman of Frederick County Planter of the one part and William Reynolds of the City of Annapolis Hatter of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Rayman for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ninety five Pounds Current Money by the aforesaid William Reynolds to him the said William Rayman in hand paid at or before the Sealing and delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of and from every Part and Parcel thereof doth (hereby) |
