442) Sixty one Pounds nine Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain paid on their Account to John Eversfield Junior due as the Principal on a Mortgage to him of three Tracts of Land specifyed in an Indenture bearing Date the thirtieth day of June Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred and fifty two referrence being thereto being had may more fully appear together with the Interest thereon Accruing to the time of discharging the said Mortgage Deed (Eleven Days deducted for New Stile) amounting to the Sum of One hundred Seventy two Pounds ^four Shillings^ Sterling as also the further Consideration of One hundred and one Pound sixteen Shillings Sterling amounting in the whole to Two hundred and seventy four Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to them well and truly paid at the ensealing and delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof the said Lingan Wilson and Mary his Wife do hereby Acknowledge and thereof and every part thereof do Acquit and discharge the said John Eversfield his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Have given granted bargained ^and^ sold and by these Presents do clearly and absolutely Give Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said John Eversfield his Heirs and Assigns All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Kinsale being the Dwelling Plantation on which the said Lingan and his Wife Mary Wilson now live Scituate lying and being in Prince Georges County in the Province afsd and Beginning at a Bounded White Oak standing on the North side of S.t Charles's Branch and running from the said Oak North two hundred and four Perches to a Bounded Hickory in a line of a Parcel of Land formerly laid out for Thomas Truman called Dear Bought and Bounded by the said Land and running West and by North one hundred and sixty five Perches to a Bounded Gum Tree by the side of a small Branch and from thence running South two hundred and thirty four Perches to the side of S.t Charles's Branch then with the said Branch to the first bounded Tree Containing and laid out for Two hundred and fifty Acres more or less As also part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Bean's Landing Scituate lying and being in the Province & County afsd and Adjacent to the Land called Kinsale and Beginning at a Bounded White Oak being the first Bounded Tree of said Tract of Land called Kinsale and running thence West South West One hundred and forty Perches then South Twelve Degrees East eight Perches thence East eighty eight Perches thence North thirty eight Perches thence East Twenty four Acres more or less with all and singular the Buildings Gardens Orchards Improvements Conveniencies Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of Land called Kinsale or part of a Tract called Beane's Landing belonging |
