       Butler and Michael Green for themselves and each and every of them their and each and every of
       their Heirs Executors and Administrators and Assigns Do hereby Covenant Promise Grant Declare &
       Agree to and with each other their and each and every of their Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
       that the True Intent and meaning of the aforesaid Recovery and of all the Partys thereunto and to these
       Presents was and is and it is by these Presents and the Partys thereunto Declared that the same common
       Recovery and all Effects thereof shall be and enure and shall be Construed Deemed and taken to be and
       enure to the only Proper Use and Behoof of the same Thomas Butler his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And that the same Thomas Butler and his Heirs
       and all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever who shall stand and be Seized of all or any part
       of the afsd Parcel and Tract of Land called Aulder Branch with the Appurtenances by force and
       Virtue of the Recovery afsd or otherways howsoever shall stand and be Seized thereof and of every  
       part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances to and for the proper Use and Behoof of the same
       Thomas Butler his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the Partys afsd to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their
       hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written

                                        On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       Be it Remembered that on the fifth Day of November Anno Dom 1751 Thomas Butler and
       Michael Green within Named Personally came and appeared before Us two of his Lordships Justices
       of the Peace for Queen Annes County and freely Acknowledged the within Indenture to be their
       Voluntary Act and Deed and the Lands and Tenements with the Appurtenances therein mentioned
       to be the Estate of the same Thomas Butler his Heirs and Assigns according to the True Intent &
       meaning of within mentioned and expressed And at the same time appeared Mary the Wife of the
       same Michael and Acknowledged her Consent and Agreement to the same Deed and having been
       privately Examined out of the Sight and Hearing of her said Husband declared that she made the
       same Acknowledgment Voluntarily and freely and without being Induced thereto by Fear or Threats of
       her said Husband or ^for^ fear of his Displeasure   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand

       (it being the Alienation Fine on the within mentioned One hundred Acres of Land) by Virtue of a

Ex.d This Indenture made this Twenty third day of October in the Year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and fifty one Between Thomas Dashiell of Somerset County Gentleman of the first part and
       Thomas Dashiell Son of George Dashiell lately Deceased Gentleman of the second part and Lowther
       Dashiell of Somerset County of the third part Whereas the aforesaid George Dashiell by his
       last Will and Testament gave and Devised to his said Son Thomas Dashiell all that part of a
