190) You are hereby required immediately to enter the within Bond with the Endorsement thereon in the Provincial Records Pursuant to the directions of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided Robert Gordon To M.r Richard Burdus Clerk of the Provincial Court Geo Steuart October the 4.th 1751 6 Recorded October the 4.th 1751 Ex.d I George Steuart one of the Justices of the Provincial Court Do hereby Certify that Daniel Dulany Esq.r Commissary General and Judge for Probate of Wills and Granting Administrations &c on the 4.th day of October 1751 did make Oath before me That he would well faithfully and Impartially to the best of his Skill and Knowledge Execute his said Office and that he would not willingly or wittingly Charge Ask or take Exact or Demand any other or larger Fees for doing his Duty in his said Office than is mentioned in the Act Intituled An Act for amending the Staple of Tobacco for Preventing Frauds in his Majestys Customs and for the Limitation of Officers Fees now in Force Given under my hand this 4.th day of October afs.d Anno Dom 1751 1 Recorded Oct.r 4.th 1751 Geo Steuart Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Second Day of July in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand seven hundred and fifty one Between Mary Riccard of New Castle County on Delaware Widow of the first part Absolam Sparks of Queen Annes County in Maryland Planter of the Second part and William Green of Queen Annes County afd of the third part Witnesseth that the same Mary Riccard as for the Docking Barring and cutting off all Estates Tail Reversions Remainders and all other Estate and Estates Terms and Interests whatsoever heretofore Created Limitted or Declared of for in or Concerning all that Parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Tullys Delight Scituate lying and being in Queen Annes County afsd on the South side of a small Creek called the Back Creek Beginning at a marked Oak on the South side of the same Creek and running South and by West with the Creek and Branch three hundred and twenty Perches and then West and by North forty nine Perches and one half of a Perch then North and by East three hundred and twenty Perches and then up the Creek to the afsd marked Oak Containing One hundred Acres of Land more or less and for the settling and Assuring the same Parcel of Land with the Appurtenances to and for the Uses Intent and Purposes herein and hereby after Limitted Expressed mentioned and Declared and for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Thousand Pounds of Tobacco unto the same Mary Riccard by the afs.d Absalom Sparks in hand already paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers other good Causes & Valuable Considerations her the same Mary Riccard thereunto moving Hath Granted Remised Released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Remise Release and (Confirm) |
