586) the said John Gassaway for Recovery of the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses against the said Thomas Sparrow and for the said Thomas Sparrow to Recover over in Value against the said Henry Ridgely and for the said Henry Ridgely to Recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee according to the manner and form of common Recoveries in such Cases used And it is further Covenanted Granted Concluded Agreed and Declared by and Between all & every the s.d Parties to these Presents and the true Intent and meaning of the Parties to these Presents is that from and immediately after the s.d Common Recovery or Recoverys shall be had Prosecuted and suffered as afs.d of the said Premisses the s.d Recovery or Recoverys shall be and Enure and shall be Construed Esteemed Adjudged & taken to be and Enure that the said John Gassaway and all and every other Person and Persons which shall be Seized of the Premisses or any Part thereof by force or Virtue of the said Common Recovery or Recoverys shall stand and be Seized thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only use and Behoof of the said Henry Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above Written his Seled and Delivered Henry H R Ridgely Jun.r Seal 7 1/2 in the Presence of mark E Dorsey Tho.s Sparrow Seal Hen Woodward Jn.o Gassaway Seal Vide recovery recorded in Lib E I Recorded 25.th May 1749 N.o 11 fol 291 |
