       Jenkes Esq.r six of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the
       said County Or any Two or more of them are (pursuant to the
       Statute in such Case made and Provided) nominated and
       appointed by this Court to Contract with any Person or Persons
       for the Transportation of the said Richard Waters and it is
       further Ordered by this Court that the said Richard Waters
       shall be and he is hereby conveyed and made over to & to the
       use of such Person or Persons and his or their assigns who
       shall Contract for the Transportation of him accordingly

       We whose names are hereunto Subscribed Two of his
       Majestys Justice of the peace within mentioned Do hereby
       Certifye that Andrew Reid of London Merchant hath contracted
       with us for the Transportation of the within named Richard
