       Made Levied Suffered or Executed or hereafter to be had
       made Levied Suffered or Executed of the said Lands
       Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses or any part
       thereof by or between the said parties to these Presents or any
       of them or whereunto they or any of them shall be parties
       or Privies shall be and enure and shall be deemed
       Adjudged Construed and taken and are and were meant
       and Intended and are hereby Declared to be and Enure
       to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Alex.r
       Smith Hawkins his Heirs and Assigns for ever &
       the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or
       Recoverys named and his and their Heirs shall stand
       and be seised of the said Lands Tenements Hereditament^s^
       and Premisses and ^of^ every Part thereof to ^& for^ the only proper
       use and Behoof of the said Alexander Smith Hawkins
       ^and^ of is Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other
       Use Intent or purpose whatever And the said James
       Mudd doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Adm.rs and for the said Mary his wife Covenant and
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Alexander Smith
       Hawkins his Heirs and Assigns that they the said
       James Mudd and Mary his wife and their Heirs
       and all others lawfull Claiming Or to Claim by from
       or under or in trust for them shall and will at all times
       hereafter at the request Cost and Charges of the said
       Alexander Smith Hawkins his Heirs or Assigns make
       do Acknowledge Levy suffer and Execute or Cause or
       Procure to be made done Acknowledged Levied Suffer'd
       and Executed all and every such Other & further lawfull
       and Reasonable Act and Acts thing and things
