Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty Ninth Day of
       April Anno Dom One Thousand seven hundred & forty seven
       Between Ninian Mariartee of Prince Georges County Inholder
       of the one Part and Osborne Sprigg of Prince Georges County
       Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration
       of the sum of seventy Pounds Sterl to him in hand Paid by
       the said Osborn Sprigg the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       it's Covenanted Granted Concluded & agreed upon by and
       between the said Parties to these Presents that the said Osborne
       Sprigg shall before the end of the next Provincial Court
       Purchase and sue forth at the Proper Cost and Charge of him the
       said Osborn Sprigg one Original Writ of Entry sur
       Disseissin en le Post returnable before the Justices of the same
       Court at Annapolis & shall thereby Demand against the said
       Ninian Mariartee all that Plantation Tract or Parcell
       of Land lying in Prince Georges County being Part of Darnalls
       Grove devised to him by Daniel Mariartee by the Name
       of Charles's folly containing by Estimation One hundred &
       fifty Acres together with the Dwelling House and all
       other house or houses Improvements and appurtenances
       thereunto belonging by such Name or Names Quantity or
