147) On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t On the first day of May Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and forty six W.m Maclean James Maclean & Stephen Glanville within named personally appeared before Us two of his Lordships Justices for Kent County and acknowledged the within written Deed to be their Act & Deed to and for the uses intents & purposes therein mentioned as Witness our hands day & year above written 6 Recorded May 19.th 1746 John Brown Sam.l Groome Vide recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 10 fol 166 Ex.d This Indenture made the ^twenty^ first Day of May in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty Six Between Westall Ridgely of Prince Georges County Planter of the one part and W.m Reynolds of the City of Annapolis Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the said Westall Ridgely for and in consideration of the Sum of fifty two pounds four Shillings & four pence Sterling in hand paid unto him the said Westall Ridgely by the said W.m Reynolds at and before the ensealing & Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Westall Ridgely doth hereby acknowledge and confess hath demised Granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth demise grant bargain & sell unto the said W.m Reynolds his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcell of land being part of Isaacs Park lying near the Eastern Branch of Potomack in Prince Georges County af.d Containing one hundred and fifty acres being the Dwelling plantation whereon the said Westall Ridgely now lives Together with all buildings Improvements proffits (advantages) |
