       and causes touching or concerning the premisses to do say pursue
       implead seize sequester Attach Arrest Imprison & to condemn
       and out of prison again to Deliver also to Compound Conclude
       and agree by arbitration or otherwise as their said attorneys or
       either of them jointly or severally shall think fit And Generally
       in & concerning the premisses to do perform & Execute all &
       whatsoever shall be requisite & Necessary as fully amply
       & Effectually to all intents Constructions & purposes as they
       the said constituants in the Quality af.d might or could do if
       Personally Present With Power to Substitute one or more
       attorneys under them ^or either of them^ with like or limitted Person and the same
       again to revoke they the said Bryan Philpot & John Philpot
       hereby ratifying Confirming & holding for good & Valid all
       & whatsoever the Said John Gassaway & Thomas Ireland or
       either of them Jointly or severally or their or either of their Substitutes
       Shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the prems
