       Maryland fs   Know all Men by these Presents that I Patrick
       Creagh of the City of Annapolis in the Province aforesaid Merchant
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred and thirty five
       Pounds Curr.t Money of the said Province by John Bullen of the
       same Place Merchant to me in hand paid or Secured to be paid
       Hath bargained and sold and by these Presents do (in plain & open
       Markett) bargain and sell unto the said John Bullen a Certain
       Schooner called the Elizabeth being a round Stern Vessell of the burthen
       of about Twenty Tons built at New England in the Year Seventeen
       hundred and Twenty Nine and by her then Register Called the Mary
       which Register was Cancelled and the said Schooner by Device of the
       Court of Vice Admiralty of the said Province the fourth Day of November
       Seventeen hundred & thirty four Condemned as forfeited to the
       Use of his Majesty his Excellency Samuel Ogle Esq.r Governour of said
       Province and Benjamin Tasker Esq.r Surveyor of the Port of Annapolis
       for breach of the Acts of Trade and Navigation and by them sold to
       me the said Patrick and a New Register Granted bearing Date
       the fourth Day of February Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and
       thirty four as per said last mentioned Register reference being
       thereunto had will more fully & at large appear To have and to hold
       the said Schooner together with all her tackle apparell & furniture
       as also the said last mentioned Register unto him the said John
       Bullin his Heirs and Assignes for Ever & to no other use intent or
       Purpose whatsoever And the said Patrick for himself his Heirs
       Executors & Adm.rs doth Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and
       with the said John Bullin & his Assigns the af.d Schooner with all
       the af.d Appurts to her belonging from and against him the said
       Patrick and all Persons Claiming under him by these Presents for
       Ever hereafter to the said John Bullin and his Assignes will warrant
       and Defend In Witness whereof I the said Patrick Creagh hath hereunto
       set my hand and Seal this twentieth Day of September in
       the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Eight
