       Record in the Provincial Court against the within named Levin Hill
       at the Suit of us the said Commissioners or Trustees as by the Records of the
       said Court it doth at large appear Now know yee that for and in Consideration     
       that William Black of the City of London Merchant hath paid unto
       us the Principal Money & Interest due on the within bond have
       granted transferred assigned & set over and by these Presents do clearly
       & absolutely grant transfer assign & set over unto the said William
       Black his Executors Administrators and Assigns as well the said
       Judgment as also all benefit Profit Sum & Sums of Money & Advantage
       whatsoever that now ^is^ or hereafter shall or may be obtained by
       reason or means of the same or of any Execution or Extent thereupon
       to be had Sued Executed or obtained & all the Estate right title Interest
       and Demand whatsoever which we have or ought to have or Claim
       of in or to the said Judgment or any Sum of Money lands or Tenements
       which by Virtue thereof or of any Process or Execution thereupon sued
       or to be Sued is or which shall be recovered obtained or Gotten And further
       We do by these Presents make ordain Constitute authorize & appoint
       the said William Black to be our true & Lawfull Attorney for us &
       in our Names to Sue & Prosecute the Execution upon the said Judgment
       & upon Composition or Agreement made Concerning the
       Premisses to acknowledge Satisfaction or to make or do any other
       Release or Discharge for the Same In Witness whereof We have
       hereunto put our Hands and Seals this Twenty first Day of July
       Ano Dm 1738
