       may be thereupon had and given for the said Richard to Recover the
       Tract or Parcel of Land afs.d with the appurtenances against the same
       Stephen and for the same Stephen to recover in Value against the same
       William and for the same William to recover in Value against the Common
       Vouchee to the end one perfect Common Recovery with Double Voucher
       may thereupon be had and suffered and all and every other thing and things
       be done and Perfected needful and Convenient for the having and suffering
       the same Recovery according to the Course of Common Recoverys in
       such Cases used and the same Recovery is also to be Executed by one
       Writ of Habere facias Seizinam accordingly And it is hereby further
       Concluded Covenanted and agreed by and Between all the said
       Parties to these Psents for themselves and every of them their and
       every of their Heirs that the same Recovery so as afs.d or in any other
       manner to be had and suffered of the af.d Tract or Parcel of Land called
       Churnel's Neck with the Premisses and appurtenacnes thereunto
       belonging shall be and enure and shall be Deemed adjudged reputed
       esteemed and taken And by all the said Parties is hereby Declared to be
       and enure and the same Richard Porter and his heirs from and immediately
       after Suffering the same Shall Stand remain and be Seized of and in
       all and Singular the af.d Tract or Parcel of Land with the Premisses
       and appurtenances and every part and Parcel thereof to and for the
       only proper use and behoof of him the same Richard Porter his heirs
       and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties afs.d have to these
       Presents Interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and
       Year first above written
