       Execute the office afs.d acquit Exonerate and Discharge or
       well and Sufficiently Save and keep harmless the said Elliott
       Benger his Exors Admors and Assigns of and from all Actions
       damages Claims Troubles and demands of or from his Majesty's
       Postmaster General or Postmaster Generals for or by
       reason of any Malefeazance or any other matter or thing to
       be made by the above bound Jonas Green or his Servants Contrary
       to the meaning and True intent of the above recited Commission
       That then the above Obligation to be Void and of None Effect
       otherwise to be and remain in full force and Virtue in Law

       Christopher Gist of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland
       Merchant of the one part & James Richard of the County and
       Province afs.d as Attorney in affairs of Steph Theod Sansen
       Esq.r a London of the other Witnesseth that the said Xpher
       Gist son of Richard for and in Consideration of Sundry Bills
       of Exchange Drawn on and to be paid by the said Janssen
       amounting to five hundred pounds sterling money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid by the said James Richard
       before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt
       whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth acquit and
       discharge the said James Richard his Exors and Admors
