             March 9 1742/3   Then came before us the Subscribers two of
       his Lordship's Justices of the Provincial Court the above John Brice
       & William Ghiselin the subscribing Witnesses to the above Bond
       and made Oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God that they
       did see the above bound Edmund Jenings John Ross and John
       Hepburn sign seal and deliver the above Bond as their and
       each of their Act and Deed And which said Bond having being
       entred into before us We therefore accordingly to the Directions of the
       Act of Assembly Order the chief Clerk of the Provincial Court
       Office to enter the above s.d Bond w.th this Indorsem.t imediately
       in the Provincial Land Records

                   Daniel Dulany and Benjamin Tasker of Annapolis Esq.rs
                   and Levin Gale of Somerset County Esq.r are held and firmly
                   bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
                   of this Province in the full and Just sum of Three Thousand
                   pounds Current money to be paid unto the said Lord Proprietary
                   his certain Attorney Executors Administrators and ^or^ Assigns
                   To the which payment well and truly to be made and done
                   We bind our Selves and each of Us our and each of our heirs
                   Executors and Administrators Jointly and Severally for the
                   whole and in the whole firmly by these Presents Sealed with
                   our Seals and Dated this Twenty first day of March in the
                   Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and forty Two
