       April 26 1742

       Balt County fs.t Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices for said County Barnet Bond one of the Subscribing
       Witnesses Evidences and made oath upon the Holy
       Evangelist of Almighty God That he saw Robert Godwin
       of Portsmouth in Hampshire sign and seal and Deliver
       the within power of Attorney and further maketh oath that
       he saw the other signing Evidence Charles Barnard sign
       the same as Evidence

Ex.d Know all Men by these presents That I the within bound John
       Hussey for and in Consideration of the within named John Beall
       his entering into Recognizance with me for the Payment of all
       Officers Fees due on a Prosecution brought against me in the
       Provincial Court for a Rape Do hereby Grant bargain sell and
       make over unto the said John Beall his Heirs Executors Adm.rs
       and Assigns all and singular the Goods & Chattles following Viz.t
       one Sorrel Mare and two Colts, a gray Mare and one Colt, two
       Beds and Furniture thereto belonging together with all and singular
       my other Houshold Furniture now in my dwelling House at
       Monockisie  To have and to hold the af.d Sorrel Mare & two Colts
       grey Mare & one Colt two Beds and Furniture and other Houshold
       Furniture afores.d unto the said John Beal his Heirs & Assigns
       Upon Condition Nevertheless that if the said John Hussey shall
       bring sufficient & other Security to discharge the said John Beall
       from the within mentioned Bond Then this present Writing and
       every thing herein contained to cease determine & be utterly
       void frustrate & of none Effect any thing herein contained to
