                         To all whom these presents shall Come
       Greeting Whereas Samuel Preston Moore of Ann Arundell County
       aforesaid is & stands bound & obliged with Rich.d Hill & Levin Hill both
       of the s.d County & province for the payment of Two hundred & Sixty
       pounds Sterl and upwards with the Interest thereof unto Richard
       Bennett Esq.r Which Sum of Money was & is the proper Debt &
       Duty of the said Richard Hill Now Know yee that the said
       Rich.d Hill as well for & in Consideration of the premisses & in
       Order to save harmless & indemnifyed the said Sam.l of & from
       all Costs Losses Damages & Charges whatsoever which shall or
       may happen for or by means of the said Samuel Preston ^Moor^ his
       being bound & obliged as afd as for & in Consideration of five
       Shillings Current Money of Maryland by the said Samuel  
       Preston Moore for the said Richard Hill in hand paid the Receipt
       whereof the said Richard Hill Doth hereby acknowledge Hath
