       Presents granting unto Our said Attorney Our full & Absolute
       Power in the Premisses Ratefying & holding firm all & whatsoever
       our said Attorney or his Substitutes shall lawfully doe or cause
       to be done in or about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents in
       Witness whereof Wee have hereunto set our hands & Seals the fifth
       Day of June in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign
       Lord G^e^orge the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France &
       Ireland King Defender of the faith & so forth and in the Year of
