       Ann Arundell County      before me the Subscriber who
                                        made Oath on the holly Evangelist
       That he saw Alexander Black Party to the within
       Power of Attorny sign seal and deliver the same as
       his Act and Deed for the uses therein Mentioned
       and that Cap.t Richard Williams the other subscribing
       Evidence was there Present

Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents that I John Hankins
       of Lothbury London Packer acting Executor named in the
       last Will & Testament of John Frisby heretofore of the Parish
       of S.t John Hackney in the County of Middlesex & Merchant
       but late of the Province of Maryland Deceased have made
       Ordained Constituted & Appointed & by these Presents do make
       ordain contitute & appoint John Rendell of the Parish of
       Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex Mariner
       my true & lawfull attorney for me & in my name & for my
       use to aske demand & receive of & from all & every Person
       & Persons of what degree or q^u^ality soever whom it may Concern
       inhabiting in the Province of Maryland all Sume & Sums of
       money Goods Wares & Merchandizes Outstanding Debts Effects
       Estate & things whatsoever which they either or any of them
       now do or shall hereafter Owe or stand indebted or have
       in their either or any of their hands custody or Possession
       due Owing Payable or in any wise belonging or appertaining
       to the Estate of the said John Frisby Deceased
