       Who Shall See these Presents or hear the same road that on the twenty
       Eighth Day of November Anno Domini 1727 And in the first year of the
       Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George the Second by the Grace of God
       King of Great Britain France & Ireland Defender of the Faith &.r
       Before me Rich.d Wise Notary & Tabellion Publick Dwelling in
       London by Royall Authority Duely Admitted & Sworne and Witnesses
       Personally Appeared M.r William Hunt of London Merchant
       Who Declared to have made Ordained Constituted Authorized & Appointed
       & by these P.rsents Doth make Ordain Constitute Authorize & Appoint
       Daniel Dulany of the Province of Maryland Esq.r his true & Lawfull
       Power & Lawfull Authority for him the s.d Constituant in his Name &
       to his use to Ask Demand Levy Sue for & ^by^ all Lawfull Waies and
       Means Recover & receive of & from all & every of Any Person or
       Persons of what Degree or Quality soever whom it Shall or may
       Concern Inhabiting in Maryland & Virginia all & Every or any Such
       Sume & Sumes of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects Estate
       & things Whatsoever Due or to Grow Due & Oweing Payable Belonging  
       Or in anywise Appertaining to him the s.d Constituant Whether by bond
       Note Protested or Excepted Bill or Bills of Exchange Book Debt
       Account Consignment Decree Sentance Judgment Execution or for
       by or on any Other Account Waies Reason or meanes soever in Law or
       Equity Nothing Excepted nor Reserved & to that end with all & every
       or any Person or Persons of what Degree or Quality Soever whom it
       Shall or may Concern to Account & to View Settle & Adjust all Accounts
       & the Ballance thereof to receive & upon Recoveries & Receipts to give
       one or more Acquittances or Other Sufficient Discharges in Due
       form of Law but in Case of Refusal or Delay by any Person or
       Persons of what Degree or Quality Soever whom it may or Shall
       Concern to make & render Just & true Account & Payment and
       Satisfaction in the Premisses him her or them Thereunto to Compell
       by all Lawfull Wayes & means Whatsoever also if Need be to
       Appear before all or any Lords Judges & Justices in any Court or
       Courts thereto Answer Defend & reply in all matters and
