(481)    And Doth by these Presents remise release and quitt Claim
             To the said Phillip the said Provisoe or Condition And alsoe
             all the Estate right Title Equity of Redemption claime and
             Demand whatsoever of him the said Christopher of in and to
             the said Lands and Premisses in the said Indenture Mencond
             In Witness whereof the said Christopher hath hereunto sett his
             Hand and seale the Twenty first day of January Anno Dom
