(160) Sterlling money to her at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents well and truly in hand paid by the said John Deaver whereof and wherew.th she the said Mary Hall doth acknowledge herself to be fully Content and payd Hath granted aliend Bargained sold and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully Clearly and absolutely grant alien Bargain sell and Confirm unto y.e said John Deaver part of a parcell of Land bought by y.e s.d Mary Hall Called y.e Widdows inlargement being part of Ann Arrundell Manner Beginning at a Bounded Wallnutt saplin by y.e main road and runs Southe Seaventy seven degrees East forty Perches north thirty one degrees East Eighty pches to y.e West Line of Seth Biggs's Land thence west w.th y.e same to intersect y.e North thirty one Degrees East Line of said Widdows inlargement thence w.th a streight Line to y.e first Tree Containing Twenty Acres More or less To have and to hold y.e s.d parcell of Land and every part thereof and other y.e premisses w.th y.e appurtenances thereunto belonging unto y.e said John Deaver his heirs and assignes forever and y.e said Mary Hall for her self her heirs Ex.rs ^and^ Adm.rs y.e said parcell of Land w.th y.e premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said John Deaver his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and assigns from any Claiming by from or under her and from all Manner of person or persons whatsoever will forever warrants and defend And further that she y.e said Mary Hall her heirs and assignes shall and will at all times hereafter upon the reasonable request & at the Costs and Charges in y.e Law of y.e said John Deaver make do acknowledge and Execute all and Every such further lawfull and reasonable Act & Acts thing and things ^device and^ devices Conveyances and assurances in y.e Law whatsoever for y.e better and suremakeing of y.e premisses before mentioned to be hereby bargained and sold and of every part and parcell thereof unto y.e said John Deaver his heirs and assignes In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed my seall y.e day and year above mentioned Signd Sealed & delivered in y.e presence of Sam.l Weems Mary Hall seal Joseph Lane On y.e back of the aforegoing Deed Was thus Indorst viz.t |
