fox, wildcat, weasel, or horned owl [hawk or crow,] as the case
may be, was taken and killed within the limits of said Washington
County, within sixty days before the production of said skin or skins
or head or heads to the said Clerk of the County Commissioners or
the county sheriff or a justice of peace. The said Clerk of the County
Commissioners or sheriff or justice of the peace shall thereupon give
to the person or persons producing said skin or skins, or head or
heads, a certificate that such skin or skins, or head or heads were
produced before him, wherein he shall set forth the above mentioned
oath. It shall also be the duty of the said Clerk of the County Com-
missioners or sheriff or justice of peace, to mark any such skin or
skins, by means of perforating both ears and forehead of such skin
or skins, by means of a special perforating machine to be furnished
said Clerk, sheriff or justice of peace by the said County Commis-
sioners of Washington County and to destroy the head or heads of
any [hawk,] horned owl [or crow,] in order that no person or per-
sons may collect said allowance or bounty on any skin or skins, head
or heads, more than one time. Upon presentation of said certificate,
above mentioned, to the Treasurer of said Washington County, the
Treasurer shall pay the allowance or bounty as provided in Section
721 hereof.

ANY PERSON, PERSONS, FIRM OR CORPORATION, FOUND
GUILTY OF VIOLATING ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUBTITLE, SHALL BE FOUND GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR,
AND UPON CONVICTION THEREOF, SHALL BE FINED NOT
MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR SEN-
TENCED TO THE COUNTY JAIL FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY
DAYS, OR BOTH FINED AND IMPRISONED IN THE DIS-
CRETION OF THE COURT.]
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

(House Bill 710)
AN ACT to add new Section 116(c) to Article 26 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Courts,"
subtitle "Municipal Court of Baltimore City," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 116(b) thereof to provide that warrants issued
for parking violations may be printed with a facsimile of the sig-
nature of the Chief Judge of the Municipal Court and initialed by
a clerk.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 116(c) be and it is hereby added to Article 26
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume),
title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of Baltimore City," to follow
immediately after Section 116(b) thereof, and to read as follows:
