AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 387C

(a)   1, 387C (b) 1 (I), 387C (b) 1 (II), 387C (b) 4 (i), 387C

(b)  4 (iii), 387C (b) 4 (iv), 387C (B) 4 (V), 387C (C) 1, 387C

(c)  1 (v), 387C (d) 2, 387C (d) 3 and 387C (d) 4 of Article 43 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1965 Replacement
Volume and 1969 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Water, Ice
and Sewerage," and to renumber Sections 387C (b) 4 (iii), (iv),
(v), (vi), (vii) and (viii) of the same Article, same title, and same
subtitle as Sections 387C (b) 4 (iv), (v) (vi), (vii), (viii), and (ix)
respectively, and to renumber Sections 387C (c) 1 (vii) and (viii)
of the same Article, same title, and same subtitle as Sections
387C (c) 1 (viii) and (ix) respectively, and to add new Sections
387C (a) 12, 387C (a) 13 and 387C (a) 14 to the same Article,
to follow immediately after Section 387C (a) 11 thereof, and
to add new Sections 387C (b) 3 (VII) and 387C (b) 3 (VIII)
to the same Article, to follow immediately after Section 387C
(b) 3 (VI) thereof, and to add a new Section 387C (b) 4 (iii)
to the same Article, to follow immediately after Section 387C

(b)  4 (ii), thereof, and to add a new Section 387C (c) 1 (vii)
to the same Article, to follow immediately after Section 387C

(c)  1 (vi) (B) thereof, all of such amended, renumbered and new
sections to be under the title "Health," subtitle "Water, Ice and
Sewerage"; to provide for the planning of solid waste disposal
systems and solid waste acceptance facilities by the counties and
Baltimore City; for the adoption and content of county plans by
the counties and Baltimore City dealing with such systems and
facilities; for the adoption of regulations by the State Depart-
ment of Health concerning the installation of and provision of
service by such systems and facilities; and for the means of
enforcing compliance with the county plans concerning such sys-
tems and facilities.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 387C (a) 1, 387C (b) 1 (I), 387C (b) 1 (II), 387C
(b) 4 (i), 387C (b) 4 (iii), 387C (b) 4 (iv), 387C (B) 4 (V), 387C
(C) 1, 387C (c) 1 (v), 387C (d) 2, 387C (d) 3 and 387C (d) 4 of
Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1965
Replacement Volume and 1969 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle
"Water, Ice and Sewerage," be and they are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, and that Sections 387C (b) 4 (iii), (iv),
(v), (vi), (vii) and (viii) of the same Article, same title, and same
subtitle are hereby renumbered as Sections 387C (b) 4 (iv), (v), (vi),
(vii), (viii), and (ix) respectively, and that Sections 387C (c) 1
(vii) and (viii) of the same Article, same title, and same subtitle
are hereby renumbered as Sections 387C (c) 1 (viii) and (ix)
respectively, and that new Sections 387C (a) 12, 387C (a) 13, and
387C (a) 14 be and they are hereby added to the same Article,
to follow immediately after Section 387C (a) 11 thereof, and that
new Sections 387C (b) 3 (VII) and 387C (b) 3 (VIII) be and
they are hereby added to the same Article, to follow immediately
after Section 387C (b) 3 (VI) thereof, and that a new Section
387C (b) 4 (iii) be and it is hereby added to the same Article, to
follow immediately after Section 387C (b) 4 (ii) thereof, and that
