AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 193 of
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County (1968
Edition, being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Kent County," subtitle "County Commissioners,"
subheading "Office hours," to provide office hours of the Court-
house shall be established by the Kent County Commissioners.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 193 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Kent County (1968 Edition, being Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County," subtitle "County
Commissioners," subheading "Office hours," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
193.
The County Commissioners may, in their sound discretion, close
the Courthouse on Saturday [. However, if the Courthouse is closed
on Saturday, as provided herein, it shall remain open from 9 o'clock
a.m. until 5 o'clock p.m. on the preceding Monday through Friday]
, and shall establish, from time to time, the hours during which
the Courthouse shall remain open during the weekdays.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 20 (e)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replace-
ment Volume SUPPLEMENT), title "Alcoholic Beverages," sub-
title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," to allow the issuance of
Class C beer, wine and liquor licenses to bona fide yacht clubs and
country clubs in Calvert County. ELIMINATING THE LOCA-
TION RESTRICTIONS ON THE GRANTING OF CLASS C
BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES IN CALVERT
COUNTY.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 20 (e) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1969 Replacement Volume SUPPLEMENT), title "Alcoholic
Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(e) Calvert County.—In Calvert County such licenses may be
issued for premises which are bona fide yacht clubs and country
