These books shall be available to all persons during the regular office
hours of the County Government.
The provisions of this section shall apply to all leases and re-
newals of leases not having expired prior to the effective date of this
Act and also those leases or renewals of leases executed subsequent
to the effective date of this Act.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

(House Bill 430)
AN ACT to add a new Section 18-1(i) to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supple-
ment, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Prince George's County," subtitle "County Commis-
sioners," to follow immediately after Section 18-1(h) thereof;
to provide that the Board of County Commissioners of Prince
George's County shall disclose as a matter of public record all
Prince George's County owned property and property owned by
departments, boards, institutions and commissions in the county
structure including the Board of Education and providing what
shall constitute public disclosure.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 18-1(i) be and the same is hereby added to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition
and 1967 Supplement, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's County," subtitle "County
Commissioners," to follow immediately after Section 18-1(h) thereof,
and to read as follows:
18-1.
(i) For every parcel of real estate in Prince George's County
owned or acquired by Prince George's County or acquired by any
department, board, commission, county officer or institution in the
name of Prince George's County or in the name of the department,
board, commission or institution in the County structure including
the Board of Education for Prince George's County and which is
neither occupied nor used for county purposes, the Board of County
Commissioners for Prince George's County shall disclose as a matter
of public record the location of said County owned property. Suffi-
cient public disclosure shall be the maintenance of a set of books at
the office of the County Commissioners with this required informa-
tion contained therein. These books shall be available to all persons
during the regular office hours of the County Government. The pro-
