(Senate Bill 353)

AN ACT to legalize the 1970 Supplement to the 1965 Edition of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford County (being Article
13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), published
under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of
Harford County and making provisions for the publication, sale
and distribution of this Supplement. AND THE HARFORD
COUNTY CODE.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1970 Supplement to the 1965 Edition of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Harford County (being Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), published under the direction of
the Board of County Commissioners of Harford County, is legalized.
The Supplement shall contain all public local laws relating to Har-
ford County enacted following the 1965 regular session of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland and through the 1970 regular session
of the General Assembly; and it shall contain amendments to the
Charters of the several municipal corporations within Harford
County made on and after April 1, 1965 and until April 1, 1970.
The Supplement shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of the
State, by all justices of the peace and trial magistrates of the State,
and by all other public officials of the State and of those several
political subdivisions to be evidence of the changes in and amend-
ments to the public local laws of Harford County following 1965
and up to 1970, as indicated above.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Harford County is authorized and directed to make
an appropriation to provide for the publication of the Supplement
and the Board is further authorized to provide for the sale and
distribution of the Supplement. THE BOARD SHALL FURNISH
A COPY OF THE HARFORD COUNTY CODE AND CURRENT
SUPPLEMENT TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL AS-
SEMBLY FROM HARFORD COUNTY, COMMENCING WITH
THOSE MEMBERS ELECTED AT THE GENERAL ELECTION
OF NOVEMBER 1970.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 28 of
Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement
Volume), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact," subtitle
"Who May Not Practice Law," excepting a Master for Juvenile
Causes from the prohibitions on the practice of law.
