(65) Utilityman I
Preferably completion of a standard grade school course and some
experience in heavy manual labor; preferably possession of a driver's
license; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
(66) Utilityman II
Preferably graduation from a recognized high school; ability to per-
form heavy manual labor, preferably some experience in performing semi-
skilled maintenance and construction tasks; or any equivalent combination
of education and experience.
(67) Utilityman III
Must have at least five (5) years' experience in road work or utility
work; advanced training in the use of tools and equipment related to
duties may be substituted for up to two (2) years' experience as determined
by supervisor.
(68) Truck Driver
Completion of a standard grade school course and one (1) year of
experience in the operation of some type of automotive equipment; or any
equivalent combination of experience and training. Possession of a driver's
license.
(69) Light Equipment Operator
Completion of a standard grade school education and experience in
the operation of light motor equipment, plus possession of a valid driver's
license.
(70) Motor Equipment Operator
Completion of a standard grade school plus one (1) year of experience
in the operation of heavy automotive equipment; possession of a driver's
license; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
(71) Senior Motor Equipment Operator
Completion of a standard grade school plus three (3) years' experience
in the operation of heavy automotive equipment; possession of a driver's
license; or any equivalent combination.
(72) Foreman I
Completion of a standard grade school, plus five (5) years' experience
in related construction work, one (1) year at the level of Utilityman III,
or equivalent, in a district road or sanitary crew; or any equivalent
combination.
(73) Supervisor
Graduation from a recognized high school, preferably completion of
a two (2) year community or junior college program or two (2) years
of college training; four (4) years of experience in construction and
maintenance of roads, water and sewer systems, or traffic safety systems,
one (1) year shall have been in supervisory capacity at the level of Fore-
man; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
(74) Deputy Chief, Bureau of Highways
Ten (10) years' experience in construction and maintenance work
involving extensive supervisory responsibility, supplemented by college
