7.    Name and mailing address of property owner.

8.    Name and mailing address of Applicant (Petitioner).

9.    Name and mailing address of attorney, if any.

(b)    Drawings—The petition must be accompanied by four (4) copies,
eight (8) copies if a State road is involved, of a plat of the subject
property, plus other such drawings required, to scale, and showing thereon:

1.    Courses and distances of outline boundary lines and the area
thereof.

2.    North Arrow.

3.    Existing zoning of subject property and adjoining property.

4.    Any existing or proposed building, structures, signs, streams,
quarries, and other objects and/or uses on subject property which may
be relevant to the petition.

5.    Same as (4) above, if any, of adjoining property which may be
required in the proper examination of petition.

6.    Location of subject property in relation, by approximate dimen-
sion, to nearest intersection of two public roads.

7.    Ownership of affected roads.

8.    Election District in which subject property is located.

9.    Tax map and zoning map number on which subject property
is located.

10.    Name of local community in which subject property is located
or is near.

11.    Name and mailing address of property owner.

12.    Name and mailing address of Applicant (Petitioner).

13.    Name and mailing address of attorney, if any.

14.    Any other information as may be necessary for full and proper
consideration of the petition.

(c)    Advertising—At least thirty (30) days' notice of the time and
place of the beginning of the hearing shall be published once in at least
two newspapers of general circulation in Howard County, the cost of which
is to be borne by the Petitioner. All proposed advertising shall have the
approval of the Clerk or Secretary of the Board of Appeals prior to being
inserted in any newspaper.

(d)    Posting of Property—If a petition pertaining to zoning is sought,
the subject property shall be posted with the time and date of the beginning
of the hearing for at least thirty (30) days prior to the hearing. Posters
will be furnished by the Zoning Enforcement Officer and are to be erected
and maintained by the Petitioner. The number of posters required shall
be determined by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.

(e)    Fees—Fees shall be paid by the Petitioner at the time the petition
is submitted. All checks shall be made payable to the Director of Finance
of Howard County. The following schedules of fees shall apply:
