(4) SAID RESOLUTION SHALL BE PASSED BY THE AFFIRM-
ATIVE VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE (5) MEMBERS OF THE
COUNTY COUNCIL.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public, peace, health, safety, welfare, and
property, and being passed by the affirmative vote of five (5) members
of the County Council, the same shall take effect from the date it becomes
law.

An Ordinance to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
1-215 (a) (3) and (e) (2) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2,
"Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service", as last amended by Bill
No. 40-69; and to add Sections 1-217 (10) (A) and (159) to said
Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, adding a Senior Telephone Operator
and a Photographer to the Classified Service.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections 1-215 (a)
(3) and (e) (2) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article
II, "Classified Service" be, and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
