Residential collectors and local apartment streets WITH
ON-STREET PARKING PERMITTED.
*20'-24' rural pavement permitted in large lot (1 acre
or more, 150' min. frontage) developments, and AND/OR
where thru traffic is discouraged and on-street parking
is not permitted.

"T" turnarounds are not to be encouraged, except where
roads are to be extended at a future date. Where they
are approved by the Planning and Zoning Officer in lieu
of a cul-de-sac, pavement area should extend the entire
width of the street right-of-way, and should be at least
twelve (12) feet wide, with the flared portions rounded
by at least a twenty (20) foot radius

Cul-de-sac streets and roads in apartment, commercial
or industrial uses will conform to the right-of-way and
pavement requirements of the standard road or street for
that use.
