Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 12-702 (a) of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
12, "Licenses, Permits and Inspections", Subtitle 7, "Dogs" be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 12-702.
(a) Application for licenses shall be made to the Dog Control
Agency on forms prescribed by it accompanied by a license fee of [three]
four dollars ($4.00) for each dog.
Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days after the date it becomes law.

An Ordinance to repeal Sections 32-1 through 32-45, inclusive, of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1957 Edition and 1961 Cumulative
Supplement), Chapter 32, "Subdivisions" as last amended by Bill No.
66-66; to add new Sections 13-100 through 13-128.1, inclusive, to said
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zon-
ing", Subtitle 1, "Subdivisions", to follow immediately after Section
12-1713 thereof, generally revising the subdivision regulations; to
recodify and re-number Section 13-100 of said Code, Title and Subtitle
as Section 13-200 under new Subtitle 2, "Street Names and House
Numbers"; to add new Section 11-100 to said Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 11, "Health and Welfare", Subtitle 1, "Generally",
to follow immediately after Section 10-202 thereof, granting certain
additional authority to the Deputy State and County Health Officer;
and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments. Section 4 of Bill No.
18-67, removing therefrom the reference to said Chapter 32 as being
one of the Ordinances not affected by the adoption of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition).
