County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration",
Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article III, "Employees' Retirement Plan", be and
they are hereby recodified and renumbered as Sections 1-221 through 1-240,
inclusive, of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to follow immediately
after Section 1-220 of said Code, Title and Subtitle (as enacted by Bill
No. 40-69).

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days after it becomes law.

An Ordinance to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
1-215(b) (3) and (c) (2) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2,
"Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service", as enacted by Bill No.
40-69, changing the Class Code numbers of District Road Superin-
tendent, Automotive Equipment Superintendent and Building and
Grounds Superintendent.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections 1-215(b) (3)
and (c) (2) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Sup-
plements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II,
"Classified Service", as enacted by Bill No. 40-69, be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
