An Ordinance to repeal Sections 5-900 through 5-915, inclusive,
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 5, "Courts", Subtitle 9, "People's Court".

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections 5-900 through
5-915, inclusive of the Anne Arundel County Code, Title 5, "Courts",
Subtitle 9, "People's Court", having been previously codified in the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1967 Edition and Supplements), said sections
are hereby repealed.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

SECTION 35-2 OF THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY CODE (1957
EDITION AND 1961 CUMULATIVE SUPPLEMENT, AS LAST
AMENDED BY BILL NO. 92-68), CHAPTER 35, "ZONING", AR-
TICLE 1, "IN GENERAL"; Section 35-63 (f) to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1957 Edition and Supplements), Chapter 35, "Zoning",
Article II, "Districts", Division 4, "Apartment Districts", Subdivision
I, "Group House Type Districts"; Section 35-70 (e) to said Code,
Chapter, Article and Division, Subdivision II, "Garden Type Districts";
Section 35-78 (d) to said Code, Chapter, Article and Division, Sub-
division III, "General Apartment Type Districts"; Section 35-86 (e)
to said Code, Chapter and Article, Division 5, "Light Commercial
Districts"; Section 35-93 (d) to said Code, Chapter and Article, Di-
vision 6, "Heavy Commercial Districts", as amended by Resolution
No. 64-106; and Sections 35 144 (y) and 35 115 (x) (4) and (y)
to said Code and Chapter, Article III, "Board of Appeals", Division
2, "Powers", as amended by Resolution No. 64-106, to follow imme-
diately after THE DEFINITION OF "APARTMENT HOUSE", AND
Sections 35-63 (e), 35-70 (d), 35-78 (c), 35-86 (d), AND 35-93 (c),
35 114 (x) and 35-115 (x) (3), respectively, restricting certain mul-
ti-family uses in Anne Arundel County, requiring said uses to qual-
ify for a special exception, and matters generally related thereto.
