I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT BILL NO. 40-69 IS TRUE AND CORRECT
AND WILL TAKE EFFECT ON AUGUST 3, 1969.

Bill No. 43-69

An Ordinance to codify Bill Nos. 97-67 and 81-68 in the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), as new Sec-
tions 17-401(b) through (h), inclusive, and 17-401(i) and (j), re-
spectively, Title 17, "Taxation" Subtitle 4, "Erosion District Taxes"
to follow immediately after Section 17-401 (a) thereof.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Bill Nos. 97-67 and
81-68 be and they are hereby codified in the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), as new Sections 17-401(b) through (h),
inclusive, and 17-401(i) and (j), respectively, to follow immediately after
Section 17-401 (a) thereof, to read as follows:

Section 17-401.

(b)    Winchester-on-the-Severn District—Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Win-
chester-on-the-Severn in the Third Assessment District, as shown on Plat
No. 1 of Winchester-on-the-Severn, as recorded in Plat Book 24, folio 31,
formerly Cab. 4, Rod G-7, Plat 10.

(c)    Robinson Cove District—Lot No. 26, Block A, Pat Lane, Long-
view on the Magothy, Robinson Cove, as contained in Plat Book 24, folio
33, the said property being in the Third Assessment District.

(d)    Bay Road District—Property consisting of approximately 1.3
acres, more or less, as conveyed by a Deed on January 11, 1966, recorded
in Liber L.N.P. 1939, folio 580, as shown on a Plat of Riviera Beach,
Section Z, as formerly filed in Plat Book W.N.W. No. 2, folio 16, now
recorded in Plat Book No. 2, folio 22, the said property being in the Third
Assessment District.

(e)    Providence District—Approximately 1.63 acres owned by the
Providence Club, Inc., as shown as Parcel D on Plat No. 2 of Providence
as recorded in Plat Book 32, folio 28, the said property being in the Third
Assessment District.

(f)    Holly Point District—Lots Nos. 53 and 54 in Holly Point in
the Third Assessment District as conveyed by a Deed recorded in Liber
1969, folio 191, and as shown on a Plat recorded in Liber F.S.R. 15,
folio 449.

(g)    Watergate District—All of that area known as Watergate in
the second Assessment District as shown on the following two plats:

Plat 1—Plat Book 32, folio 84.
Plat 2—Plat Book 33, folio 37.

(h) Indian Landing District—Property owned by the Indian Land-
ing Boat Club, Inc., in the Second Assessment District, being all the land
contained in the following three Deeds:
